Job Description Summary
The Patient Experience Coordinator reports to the Patient Experience Manager. Under general supervision, the Patient Experience Coordinator works with patients and their families to address concerns or special needs that may arise during their course of treatment. This role acts as an intermediary between hospital departments, administration and the patient/family to bring about the most effective healthcare treatment and positive hospital experience. The Patient Experience Coordinator provides basic administrative support to the Guest Services Department. This position will serve as the Patient and Family Advisory Council Staff Liaison.Entity

Position Purpose

Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree and 2 years work experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 5 years experience required.
