The Digital Program Manager is a key leadership role within the Digital Transformation Department, responsible for overseeing and guiding the strategic management of our digital project portfolio. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of digital technologies. The ideal candidate will ensure that our digital projects align with the organization's strategic goals, are effectively managed, and deliver optimal outcomes.

Strategic Management

• Oversee the digital project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource availability.

Governance & Oversight

• Implement governance structures to ensure consistent project management.
• Monitor progress, address risks, and maintain timelines and budgets.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to refine digital strategies.
• Build relationships across the organization to secure alignment and support.

Resource & Budget Management

• Oversee allocation of resources and budgets for digital initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for the portfolio.

Innovation & Improvement

• Evaluate emerging technologies for organizational impact.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain an executive portfolio dashboard with status, risks, and performance metrics.
• Use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or change management, ideally in a digital transformation capacity
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital project management and portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends.
• Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
