Job Description Summary

The Project Management Analyst / Coordinator II provides essential administrative and technical support to project managers across a diverse portfolio of construction, IT, and operations projects within a complex healthcare environment. This role supports coordination, tracking, and documentation of project activities, ensuring teams have the tools, resources, and data necessary to deliver successful project outcomes. The analyst/coordinator is responsible for reporting, data analysis, maintaining project documentation, and supporting compliance with ePMO standards and procedures.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers with the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Track and report project metrics, KPIs, timelines, and budget data across multiple projects.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, delays, and risks; prepare summaries for leadership review.
  • Maintain and organize documentation aligned with ePMO standards (e.g., charters, communication plans, meeting minutes).
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support preparation of executive-level dashboards and performance reports.
  • Coordinate resource tracking across clinical, IT, and construction teams.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement to support invoicing, contract tracking, and financial oversight.
  • Monitor compliance with PMO processes and escalate deviations as appropriate.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new PMO team members and project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, project management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or administrative support within a project-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in a healthcare, construction, or IT project environment.
  • Familiarity with project tools such as Smartsheet, ServiceNow, MS Project, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle documentation, RAID logs, and reporting best practices.
