Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients of all ages.
  • Serve as Charge Nurse, coordinating care and supervising licensed and non-licensed staff.
  • Ensure compliance with Emergency Department nursing standards and best practices.
  • Communicate unit needs and concerns to department leadership.
  • Support staffing needs, including floating and on-call responsibilities as assigned.
  • Promote safe, compassionate, and exceptional patient care—even when the pace is at its highest

Additional Job Description

What You Bring

  • Current RN license in South Carolina or a compact state
  • BLS & ACLS through the American Heart Association
  • 2+ years of RN experience
  • BSN preferred, not required
  • Strong leadership, delegation, communication, and critical-thinking skills
