Job Description Summary
Under the direction of the department manager the coordinator provides first line management responsibilities including clinical leadership and supervisory support to an assigned area of the day hospital. Works in collaboration with team members, physicians, anesthesia, Nurse Manager/ Director, the health care team and hospital leaders to ensure a quality practice setting that supports professional nursing practice and quality patient care. Using nursing process interacts directly with patients, their families and staff for problem identification and resolution.Entity

Additional Job Description
Education: Nursing degree
Experience: At least 1 year OR experience
Licenses/Certificates: South Carolina Registered Nurse, BLS.
