Job Description Summary

Job Responsibility: 

Strategic Capital Planning Support

Success Criteria:

Supports the maintenance of the comprehensive capital plan and annual prioritization process. Attention to detail and accuracy of deliverables are key criteria for success.

Job Responsibility: 

Capital Financing Project Management and Analytical Support

Success Criteria:

Supports the execution of debt issuances, refinancing, and amendments, including coordinating diligence materials, managing data rooms, and liaising with banks, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibility: 

Financial reporting, analysis, and research

Success Criteria:

Conducts enterprise level financial analysis and benchmarking projects. Maintains system trend databases on key metrics/ratios and the development of presentations to support decision making.

Job Responsibility: 

Debt compliance

Success Criteria:

Manage ongoing compliance with HUD regulatory requirements, including preparation and submission of required financial reports, certifications, and documentation. Monitors performance and financial metrics for HUD-financed properties or projects, including debt service coverage, operating performance, and covenant compliance.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Work Experience: 4-6 years
