  • Support enterprise strategic planning, Integrated Clinical Center of Excellence (ICCE) strategies, service line roadmaps, and business case development.

Executive Communication

  • Develop high‑quality, leadership‑ready deliverables (e.g., board slides, executive summaries, strategy decks) that emphasize the “so what” and recommended actions.

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders, clinical executives, and governance bodies with clarity, confidence, and strategic judgment.

  • Serve as a thought partner to stakeholders by framing options, pressure‑testing assumptions, and guiding informed decisions.

Project Leadership & Team Mentorship

  • Lead multi‑workstream projects by defining scope, timelines, workplans, and deliverables; proactively manage risks and dependencies.

  • Provide direction, coaching, and mentorship to Strategy Consultants, elevating their analytical rigor and strategic thinking.

  • Foster a collaborative team environment while maintaining accountability for high‑quality, on‑time outputs.

Stakeholder Partnership & Credibility Building

  • Build deep understanding of assigned regions, divisions, and service lines to serve as a go‑to strategic resource for internal partners.

  • Collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, finance, and data teams to align strategy with execution realities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Health, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred but not required).

  • 4–6+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, analytics, health system planning, or a closely related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex analyses and translate data into actionable strategic recommendations.

  • Strong executive communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with visualization or analytic tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau) preferred.
