Job Description
A high school diploma and two years work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience. Some positions require a valid driver's license and good driving record; or correctable vision of 20/40 in both eyes, with or without conventional lenses, and physical qualifications in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Section 391.41; or AAVMA certification. Some positions require eligibility for bonding.
Job Duties:
30% Supports the operation of the badging services section front desk at Public Safety. Performs all related ID badge production activities.
30% Provides support to the electronic security card access system by responding to badge programming requests.
15% Provides research related to electronic security installations. Provides badge access programming services and coordination for special projects.
10% Supports the lost and found program to ensure compliance with department policies.
10% assists with high volume badge production, Department liaison to enrollment services, assists with incoming student lists, organization and communications.
5% all other duties as assigned.
