Job Description
Job Duties:
35% - Duties will include subject recruitment, data entry, routine data management tracking, and general administrative support for the research team. Conducts and/or documents consent for participants in minimal risk studies. May conduct consent for studies greater than minimal risk under direct supervision.
25% - Data and Informatics: The program coordinator will perform data entry, routine and complex data management tracking, and data/informatics support for the research team. Program coordinator will also coordinate the distribution of research materials and will keep accurate records. Program coordinator will export data for simple analysis and reporting of data.
20% - The program Coordinator will review patient medical records to identify subjects who qualify for actively enrolling studies. The Program Coordinator will interview qualifying patients, fully explain details of the research studies, and enroll interested patients under minimal supervision.
15% - The program coordinator will perform data entry, routine and complex data management tracking, and data/informatics support for the research team. Program coordinator will also coordinate the distribution of research materials and will keep accurate records. The applicant will directly interact with site personnel and principal investigators, thereby requiring effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
5% - This individual will conduct assessments of study patients per study protocol.

Must be fluent in using computer data management software, such as Microsoft Office

Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree and one year of relevant program experience.
