The James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine, Medical University of South Carolina is seeking applications for a full time tenure track faculty position in the Department of Reconstructive and Rehabilitation Sciences, Division of Restorative Services. Primary responsibility will be teaching classroom and clinical instruction for pre-doctoral dental students and may include AEGD residents. Successful candidates will be expected to have knowledge and clinical experience in all areas of operative and fixed prosthodontic restorative dentistry. Knowledge and experience with digital dentistry workflows is preferred. The faculty will work collaboratively within all disciplines of the department and other departments of the College of Dental Medicine in a comprehensive care environment. Job Description
The James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine, Medical University of South Carolina is seeking applications for a full time tenure track faculty position in the Department of Reconstructive and Rehabilitation Sciences, Division of Restorative Services. Qualified candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree. Preference will be given to candidates with previous Prosthodontic or AEGD/GPR certification. Experience in conducting educational presentations, utilizing digital dentistry applications, use of technology in education and computer skills are expected. Preference will also be given to those with previous teaching, research or comprehensive dentistry practice experience. Successful applicants should have a South Carolina Dental License or qualify for a teaching license. Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience.
