Hiring Process, Cracking the Code

Louis, I am healthcare administrator in CA, relocating to Charleston to be near my kids. I am a Fellow of ACHE and I have submitted about 12 apps with various MUSC entities. Is there a "code" to breaking into the organization? Thanks, Devin

    Hi Devin, I wish you the best as you look to move here! Charleston is a great place to be :). Regarding your applications, which departments are you hoping to connect with? You may be applying to jobs where there is a high number of applicants. If your resume truly highlights how you will be the best fit for the position, persistence may assist you on your way. Additionally, a cover letter describing your interest and expertise also goes a long way for both the recruiter and hiring manager as well. Good luck!
