    Hello! I can speak to the culture and dynamics in the Marketing Department. I would say we have a very good team that is very open to collaboration and ideas. We meet on a regular basis with the whole team as well as within our smaller core teams, and I feel it is a very "safe" space to discuss ideas, what's working, and opportunities for improvement. In my experience, my leadership and colleagues are very open to constructive criticism and are always looking for ways to improve and optimize.
