My onboarding experience was smooth and productive! Like any profession, you will learn more once you are within your specific office, but MUSC Health does a great job with preparing you on how to use the basic functions for EPIC and any other software you may use. HR will be a good department to keep close, as if you need anything they will be your point of contact.
