    Great question! There are many times that I have valued my colleagues here at MUSC Health! Some attributes of my colleagues that I value are reliability, communication skills, dependability, honesty, positivity, and being a team player. An example of when I most value my colleagues is when I present to them a project that I am stuck on or feel like I have exhausted all areas of finding a solution. They may review different perspectives, that I didn't think of, and provide helpful solutions. Working as a team is one of the best attributes an office staff can have!
