Good day. My best advise is to get your application in early in the process and attempt to network with that department. For jobs that are salaried the manager screens so the recruitment team has very little impact on who is chosen for an interview. If you have not had much response perhaps have someone else look at your resume to see if you can adjust something to make it look more appealing. Many MHA graduates also look into fellowships as an opportunity to network. Good luck in your search endeavors.
