Hello! I find one of the most challenging parts of my role is staying organized. We have a lot of variety in our positions, which is fantastic and keeps things interesting but I do find I have to be very methodical in how I manage my work and task list to stay on top of everything. When I first started the most challenging thing was learning the organization, who to go to for what, and all the variety of teams that we work with on projects. We have a matrixed organization so there is a bit of a learning curve.
