    Hello! Creating a good work environment and a team atmosphere is important! I am fortunate enough to work in a department where we all have good work - relationships with each other. To maintain a team atmosphere in the department we have to remember to respect each other. Everyone has a different work style and different work ethic. I have experienced nothing but encouragement and guidance from my MUSC Health colleagues!
