Anonymous asked a question to Louis R.
Communication and Teamwork I would say are the most important soft skills to have in nursing. Others would be general people skills (you kind of have to enjoy talking with people ;), knowing 'how' to talk to people (kindness and tactfulness go a long way), and resiliency (it is hard to be a nurse at times and you can have 'burnout' if you are not mindful and implement 'self care' often). Hope this helps :)
