    Great question! In my opinion MUSC supports career change and encourages career changers to use the skills gained from your past profession and apply them to a completely new career within the organization. From my experience, MUSC also supports internal growth and gives employees/staff members the ability to create new career paths in every aspect offering both academic and health related positions.
