    Our "interview blitz" usually focuses around our new grad RN residency program, but occasionally includes other positions. These events are highly coordinated within MUSC and our HR to dedicate and focus on those specific job openings.

    Hi Lauren! The New Grad Interview blitz takes place twice a year, once in the spring and fall. It's called a "blitz" because the team usually sets up an event for the hiring managers to interview multiple candidates. Candidates come in person or are interviewed virtually. However, we are hiring new graduates all year long, which is why you might still see positions with the "Interview Blitz" title.
