Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is organized, dedicated to serving their community, and a problem solver. Works in close collaboration with the Acute Care Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Unit Manager in achieving clinical, operational, and financial goals.
  • Direct and evaluate patient care delivery.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement policies in collaboration with the Acute Care Manager.
  • Supervise nursing care and related activities in designated areas.

Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of experience as a registered nurse.
  • In-depth knowledge of patient population and healthcare trends.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse groups, medical staff, and other healthcare disciplines.

Additional Job Description

Education:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing is required (BSN preferred).

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse with the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state is required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) with American Heart Association (AHA) certifications is required
