Job Description
As a CT Technologist at MUSC, you play a pivotal role in capturing detailed cross-sectional images using cutting-edge CT technology, aiding in diagnosing and monitoring various medical conditions. Your responsibilities include collaborating with care teams to ensure precise imaging procedures and contributing to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic medical environment.
Additional Job Description
Minimum Training and Education: Graduated from an accredited school of radiologic technology and one year of radiologic experience; or a student clinical rotation with MUSC and ARRT certified by end of rotation. Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
