We're launching a new oncology service line and seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Manager to help build and lead a patient-centered program that delivers exceptional cancer care across the continuum. What You'll Do

As the Oncology Nurse Manager, you'll serve as the central hub for patient care coordination, helping patients navigate diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and supportive care with confidence and continuity.

Clinical Leadership & Care Coordination

You will:

  • Coordinate all clinical care within the oncology clinic to maximize:
    • Patient safety
    • Quality outcomes
    • Patient satisfaction
    • Staff engagement and satisfaction
  • Utilize the nursing process:
    • Assessment
    • Diagnosis
    • Planning
    • Implementation
    • Evaluation
  • Lead and support:
    • EPIC In Basket communication
    • Order entry coordination
    • Patient education
    • Individualized care planning
    • Appointment coordination and follow-up
  • Coordinate transitions across services including:
    • Medical Oncology
    • Radiation Oncology
    • Surgical Oncology
    • Chemotherapy and Infusion Services
    • Palliative Care
    • Survivorship Programs

Additional Job Description

Qualifications

Experience

  • Previous oncology nursing experience preferred
  • Infusion nursing experience strongly preferred
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required)
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Licensure & Certifications

  • Active RN license in South Carolina or compact state (required)
  • ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification (required or must be obtained within designated timeframe)
  • Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Current ACLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
