Job Description

$20,000 SIGN-ON BONUS (recently increased!!)

Updated RN Pay Rates

Shift Differentials that actually add up:

(Must work min 4 hours into the shift to qualify)

  • Mon–Thurs: 3p–11p: +$4.50/hr * 11p–7a: +$4.75/hr
  • Fri–Sun: 11p–7a: +$7.00/hr
  • Sat–Sun: 7a–3p: +$6.00/hr * 3p–11p: +$6.50/hr

As a Labor & Delivery RN, you’ll provide expert, compassionate care throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period by:

  • Monitoring fetal heart rates and maternal status

  • Assisting with deliveries and emergencies

  • Supporting mothers and families emotionally and physically

  • Being the steady presence families remember forever

What You’ll Need

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

  • Minimum 1 year RN experience (Labor & Delivery experience required)

  • BSN preferred

  • Active South Carolina RN license or compact license

  • BLS (AHA required)

Pearl Tourville Women's Pavilion

Housed within MUSC SJCH, the Pearl Tourville Women’s Pavilion (PTWP) seamlessly integrates children’s care and obstetrical services, thereby enhancing safety and improving outcomes in low and high-risk pregnancies. The Advanced Fetal Care Center ensures that families expecting babies with complex congenital birth defects or medical problems receive care from board-certified maternal-fetal medicine providers collaborating with a large multidisciplinary care team of pediatric specialists. The PTWP care is one of only a handful of women’s facilities in the country to offer couplet-care rooms, where newborns and mothers can recover together in an intensive-care setting.
