Job Description Summary

This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining the HR data system in collaboration with operations. They ensure data accuracy, integrity, and efficient use of the HRIS to support various HR functions/departments. This includes tasks like data entry, report generation, system troubleshooting, and providing user support and training.

Job Description

Work collaboratively with the Human Resources Department to support the integrity and completeness of the HRIS database. Duties include data entry, scanning, reporting, and updating/maintaining HR Intranet. Ensure all personnel records are maintained appropriately in compliance with records retention guidelines. Help maintain data integrity in the system by running queries and analyzing data. Data input of new hire information, salary information and separation information.

Education: High School Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: 2 years
