Job Description

As an Ultrasound Technician, you’ll be a key player in delivering vital diagnostic information to our healthcare providers. You’ll be the one behind the scenes, but your expertise will be at the heart of patients’ care plans. Whether you’re performing routine exams or helping with more complex diagnostic procedures, you’ll play a direct role in ensuring the highest level of patient care.

PRN Status Clause:

This is a PRN as-needed position, you must be available to work at least 12 hours bi-weekly, as needed according to departmental demands. You may be required to work additional hours if requested by your supervisor to accomplish work objectives. Work hours may vary (increase or decrease) depending on the needs of the unit

Additional Job Description

Education:  Graduate from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Ultrasound Technology

Licenses/Certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification is required, Advanced registration is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
