Job Description Summary
Under the Direction of the Manager, the Well-being Clinician (Health Educator) focuses on promoting the professional resiliency and wellbeing of all MUSC employees. This position designs, implements, and evaluates evidence-based workplace well-being education programs, resources, and initiatives that foster a culture of well-being and improve employee personal well-being . The Well-being Clinician (Health Educator) serves as a subject matter expert and collaborates with other interdisciplinary teams and leaders to support all staff in achieving optimal emotional, physical and social well-being. The Well-being Clinician will service the PeeDee and Catawba divisions.Entity

This position operates in a professional office environment within a hospital, university, and outpatient clinic settings. Some events and workshops will require early morning, late evening or weekend work. Travel is required to access teams, units, departments and clinics in assigned divisions. Time management and the ability to be flexible to schedule changes and updates are a must.
