Job Description

The Workday Business Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Workday portfolio in alignment of enterprise goals and objectives.   This position runs a team that analyzes and documents business needs including projects scoping and execution, performs quality assurance testing and release management.   To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of strong collaboration skills and functional knowledge of Workday and experience in business operations.  This position supports the MUSC enterprise of Academic Healthcare. Strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment are key to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering Workday projects as well as a commitment to the MUSC Misson. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently, lead a team, take initiative, and contribute to a multi-disciplinary team.

Additional Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, IT, or related field. Will consider candidates without a degree providing they have 7+ years relevant experience and 2 years supervisory. MBA a plus. WorkDay Certifications are a plus. Ability to manage and lead a team from business requirements to final delivery of the project to business users. 5 + years’ Workday Sustainment experience in configuration or implementor with a Partner or 5+ years business operations experience. WorkDay Projectization or Implementation certification from Partner a plus. Willing to attain WorkDay Pro certification within 12 months of hire.
