Sharnique G. asked a question to Charleston.
Hello, MUSC requires (with some exceptions) 6 months time frame before you can transfer to a different department. Thanks!
Good day. For the hospital care team members are probationary for a year. However, all care team members must be in a position for 6 months before they move into another position under normal circumstances. There have been instances when the current manager makes an exception to allow their care team member to transfer before the required time.
Thank you
