How do I become an orthotics and prosthetics assistant?

I am a current art history graduate student and I graduate in June. Do you have any opportunities for aspiring orthotics and prosthetics assistants to get on the job training to succeed in the exam and certification? I have to take a couple of courses as well to get the certificate and was wondering if I can enroll in them and do job training at the same time? Thank you.
