    Good day. The requirements for Phlebotomy are as follows:

    High school diploma or equivalent(GED) and 6 months phlebotomy experience; or have been enrolled in a Medical Lab Technician/Technologist program, Clinical Laboratory Science program, or certified Phlebotomy program and have completed the phlebotomy clinical rotation.
