What kind of positions am I qualified for with a Master of Public Health and a concentration in Epidemiology?

Hello, I am a newly graduated public health professional. I hold an MPH with a concentration in epidemiology. I have research experience in substance use, cancer, and immunizations. I feel that I would be a good fit for several areas within MUSC but I am not seeing many options available other than faculty. I do not have a PhD, what is available to me? I am interested in public health interventions and research.
